An hourly rate is balanced and fair, I believe. If there's not much work, you pay less and if there's more work, understandably the pay would be more. You can cross-check the amount you pay with the amount of work done or accomplished through time-tracking tools, online work that you can check, communication updates from me, metrics that you can measure via analytics tools or features. If you feel that it's not worth hiring me as your freelancer or virtual assistant, you can end the engagement or contract anytime. I'm also open to a fixed rate if it makes more sense than hourly.
Certainly! Here's how you can estimate on how I can work with your budget. Once we have agreed on the hourly rate, we can divide it by your budget so we can determine how many hours I can work with it. As long as it is ongoing, we'll get to your company's or business's objective at some point. Though of course, the more time being put in to work on your objectives, the faster the results will be and vice versa. But just the same, there will be positive results whether in terms of increase in website traffic, leads, conversions, sales, revenue, etc. - it's just a matter of time; but we need to start somewhere.
